D&W for Philadelphia City Rowing

Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of setting up shop at the prestigious Undine Boathouse for the launch of Jack Caulson's new book, Rowing Blazers. Jack, U.S. team coxswain and current University of Oxford doctoral student, invited us to participate after stopping by our shop and becoming fan. (The books official launch was a few weeks before at the 5th Ave Ralph Lauren Store)

We also stepped things up by designing a tee in order to raise funds for Philadelphia City Rowing, a local nonprofit whose mission is to empower local public school students by teaching discipline, perseverance and teamwork through the sport of rowing. We were able to raise over $1000 for  PCR from sales of the tee that night alone.

While we are fairly new to the rowing world (having been a multiple year exhibitor at the Dad Vail Regatta a few years back), we are connected through friends & family who are active rowers locally & back in England so linking up with Jack and jumping at the chance to design & raise awareness for Phila City Rowing was a no brainier. Check out pics from the very awesome event below:
